<p>
Cara Rhodes (my cousin) photographed me driving our uncle Bob's RAM Charger truck. This truck has been through thick and thin and is an important part of our family.
</p>

<p>
The RAM Charger always reminds me of one winter night where I was driving a few of my cousins around the winding, one-lane back roads of West Virginia. The entire road was covered with a thin layer of snow.
</p>

<p>
I was driving very slowly, and very carefully, and STILL my car lost traction on a downhill slope.
</p>

<p>
We were sliding, uncontrollably. Fortunately, I was able to maneuver the car onto the *good* side of the road, where it got stuck in a ditch. (The *bad* side of the road would've had us tumbling several hundred feet down a hillside. Yikes.)
</p>

<p>
So, at about 2am, I'm forced to call my dad. "Help!"
</p>

<p>
Thanks to a strong piece of rope and the RAM charger, my dad was able to rescue us with little or no trouble. The RAM Charger's 4 wheel drive was so powerful, it pulled my car out of the ditch in just a few seconds.
</p>

<p>
I felt bad about driving into the ditch and waking up my dad, but the locals reassured me: "this kind of thing happens out here all the time."
