<p>
I'm Steve, and I love music. I play guitar, write songs and sing.
</p>
<p>
Fentriss.com is my website, but I share it with my friends <a href="http://demo.fentriss.com/">Demo</a>
and <a href="http://barry.fentriss.com/">Barry</a>. Be sure to check out their pages too.
</p>
<p>
I try to post videos and blog posts here as often as possible, but sometimes
I get distracted by just playing guitar and telling people about my
<a href="http://fentriss.com/EP">new EP recording</a>. Life is complicated...

I play a Gibson SG. I like it because it's easy to play, but more importantly
it has a big (huge) sound.
</p>
<p>
You can actually make an SG sound almost like an acoustic guitar if you want,
or you can flip the tone switch and just shred electric rock.
</p>
<p>
Interesting tidbit: Before I got the SG, I used to record with two different guitars.
We would use a Fender Telecaster for tone, and then we'd layer in a different guitar
(called a "Melody Maker") for grunge.
</p>
<p>
Thanks to the SG, I don't have to do that any more. I get my sound from
one guitar - that's it.
