A love song, inspired by an unlikely thing. The chorus is "I will be your first love, if you'll be my last romance." Steve also talks about ScanCafe, a wicked awesome photo scanning service.

This is about a special someone in my life. It's strange, though, that this song was inspired by <a href="http://www.pntrac.com/t/RUBHRUhDSEBKR0hISEBJSkNJTA">ScanCafe</a>, a photo scanning and archiving service (they also do video to DVD conversion).

That's just how the artistic process goes sometimes - you start off with one thought and the realize that it's become another.
</p>

When I was recording this I noticed that more than any other song, it felt like I was *talking* to the camera, not singing to it. There's a difference. Talking sounds more personal, as this song should sound.

This song is also fun to play on guitar. A challenge was to let the voice be out in front and not get lost in the guitar playing! It all worked out, I think :)
